Meryl's own tears ran down her cheeks,soaking her shirt rim of her neck,weakly she touched his face the face se loved so much. The one she wished to see forever.''Vash...;she choked,''Im...Im..s..sorry..so..sorry...I dont want you in pain...''she bit her lip.''Ive waited so long to hear those three words out of our mouth,hoping wed together forever..but..I cant fight this.....I..m so sorry...''she bit her lip,knowing she as low on time.''I dont have much time,but I just want you to know..I..I love you so much Vash.....and to ask you to watch over Millie ..and Wolfwood,my mother and father..and to live..dit blame yoursekf fir this please..Also find Knifes,but dont kill him...hes good inside..r.really......''The world was faiding as her hand shook that touched his cheek, the light of her angel in her eyes.''Vash...she whisperd,'The ligt so beautiful,and peaceful..Oh..Vash..Ill be..safe...Ill watch over you..always...''And with that Meryl closed her eyes, and slowly her chest became motionless as er hand fell away from Vash's face.

Cahos lay knocked out in the corner,angure raging inside,he dcould here the wwail of the bigger female spider and menatly smiled,Vash's wmen had passed,no longer breathing. Unless he tryed to get her to breath,witch hed hoped not.

Vash was silent, deadly silent.
He was fighting a war within himself.
Wolfwood was also silent, for a different reason than Vash, he walked over to Millie and sat beside her, putting an arm around her to comfort her as well as he could, he wondered what was on Evan's mind, and what Chaos would say to push Vash over the edge.
He knew it could be done, and if It could be done at any time, now would be it.
Delicate forces hung in the air.

Vash tried to breathe into Meryl's mouth, tried CPR, tried pretty much everything he could think off, he was keeping ahold of himself only with a small amout of his mind.
Wolfwood sighed, "I don't know Millie...I don't know..."

Farway above them Meryl floated in a land rich with green grass,standing by a women she did not know. A women kind and gentsl who offerd her a seat witch Meryl took thankfully,she sighed looking around,so this is heaven.'she thought stairng.'Impressive,but...Vash...'she sighed.
The young women beside her smiled shaking her head,'This is not qite heaven.'' she said with a sweet kind voise.'But bewtween it,I wish to speak with you befor your fates desided.'
Back on earth Meryl's body barely responed from Vash's efforts,but remained lifeless
Millie sobbed harder into Wolfwoods shoulder unable to control her tears.

Vash continued to try to save Meryl, even though he felt it was in vain, he refused to give into hopelessness, and right now, it was the only thing keeping him stable.
Wolfwood was silent, he was not crying on the outside, he was holding that back, someone had to be a pilliar of strength in the room, someone had the be the shoulder everyone else could cry on.
He'd cry later.

Vash looked up at him, the eyes of the Diablo were starting to take over, but his voice was calm...dead, "I'm not going...not yet..."
Wolfwood stood and put a hand on Evan's shoulder, "Now is not a time to talk to him...nothing we can say can make him feel better...and if she really is gone...nothing we can say will help him control himself.

Evan sighed his shoulders slummped, as an image of a young women etnered his mind.''I know..beleave me I know.' He had felt the same way when Chaos killed his hearts love,he still had not recoverd,and wanted more then anthing to kill Chaos.
Millie was sobbing but reached for Meryls gun and begin to stand ready to fight haos.
